These Terms of Service govern both the automotive protection services provided by Protektd Detailing and your use of the website getprotektd.com. Part A covers our services. Part B covers website use.

Part A: Service Terms

1. Service Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the automotive protection and detailing services provided by Protektd LLC, doing business as Protektd Detailing ("Protektd," "we," "us," or "our"), at our facility located at 10844 Harry Hines Blvd, Suite A, Dallas, TX 75220. By scheduling or receiving services, you ("customer" or "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide professional automotive protection and detailing services including but not limited to:

• Ceramic coating application and maintenance
• Paint protection film (PPF) installation
• Color PPF installation
• Window tint installation
• Paint correction and polishing
• Full, maintenance, and mobile detailing

Specific services, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing (via quote, invoice, or work order) before work begins. Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Quotes and Scheduling

• Online quote requests are non-binding estimates; final pricing is determined after vehicle inspection and confirmed in writing before any work begins
• Appointments are required for all services
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling; cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement
• Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future appointments
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control

4. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

Prior to service, we perform an inspection of your vehicle and document its condition. You acknowledge that:

• Pre-existing damage (chips, scratches, dents, oxidation, rust) is not our responsibility
• Some defects may become more visible after paint correction or coating application due to improved clarity
• We will notify you of any concerns discovered during inspection before proceeding
• Vehicles must be in operable condition and free of excessive contamination, mold, or biohazards

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable Texas sales tax
• Final pricing may differ from initial estimates based on actual vehicle condition, size, and scope of work
• A deposit may be required for certain services; deposit terms are specified on the work order
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as posted at our facility
• Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full

6. Warranties

Product warranties (for ceramic coatings, PPF, window tint films) are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their specific terms and conditions. We will provide warranty documentation for applicable products at the time of service.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for the period specified in your service documentation. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are subject to inspection at our facility.

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage from accidents, vandalism, or improper maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from automated car washes or abrasive cleaning methods
• Environmental damage (hail, fallen objects, chemical exposure)
• Modifications or repairs performed by third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, the total liability of Protektd LLC for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Vehicle Storage and Pickup

• Vehicles must be picked up within 24 hours of service completion notification
• Vehicles left beyond 48 hours without arrangement may be subject to a storage fee of $25 per day
• We are not responsible for vehicles or their contents left on our premises beyond the agreed service period

Part B: Website Terms of Use

9. Acceptance and Use of the Site

By accessing and using the website getprotektd.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data from the Site without our written consent
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or servers

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, photographs, and design elements, is the property of Protektd LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that the information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current; or that any defects will be corrected. Service descriptions, pricing estimates, and timelines on the Site are for informational purposes and may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and other factors. Final pricing and terms are confirmed at the time of service.

12. Limitation of Liability (Website)

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Protektd LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

13. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

14. User Submissions

Any information you submit through our contact forms, quote requests, chat widget, or other communications may be used by us to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and improve our services. We may use, reproduce, and distribute such submissions for these business purposes.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Protektd LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

General Provisions

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from services or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through direct communication with our management team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any court proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Services performed and Site use occurring after changes are posted are subject to the updated Terms.
